Our Experience Was Fantastic

After living in our apartment for 2 years, we decided to make the jump into home ownership. We really enjoyed living in the Mount Joy area. Close enough to shopping, restaurants, highways, and activities yet far out enough to give you a quaint rural feeling. We spent many months looking and found ourselves continuing to go back to Green Park. Our experience was fantastic and we couldn't be happier. There are plenty of different types of homes and many options and features available to choose. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We were able to build a home that suited our needs with little extras to add our personal touch to it. The quality of the home has surpassed our expectations and we look forward to enjoying our new home with our growing family into the future.

The Best Decision We Ever Made

Discovering the Green Park community and meeting Don Beachy were the best things that could have happened to us.  As recent retirees, my sister and I were looking for a home in the country, convenient to shopping, with a quiet “neighborhood feel”.  Green Park provided exactly what we wanted.  We are one mile from the businesses in the local small town and one mile from the interstate connecting us to the larger cities in the area.  The walkability factor is fantastic.  The streets are safe and well-lit and there is a 30-acre park nearby.  We have met many friendly neighbors on our daily dog-walks.

As far as the house is concerned, we couldn’t be happier.  We were looking for a master bedroom on the first floor and fell in love with the Cardinal model.  We felt it was beautiful and it met all of our needs.  The listing agent, Don Beachy, patiently answered all of our questions and provided any information that we requested.  Because of his professionalism, everything went flawlessly from the signing of the agreement of sale to our closing settlement.    

Choosing to move to the Green Park Community was the best decision we ever made!
